The end of the year is rapidly approaching, and chances are that you still have funds remaining in your health insurance FLEX Spending Account (FSA).
Now is the time to consider the FSA ‘use-it-or-lose-it’ rule, which states that money left in your Flex Account at the end of the year is forfeited.
So, why should you throw away your hard-earned dollars when they can be put to good use on acupuncture services to benefit your health and wellness?
That’s right! In most cases, the Standard FSA (the type of plan offered by most employers), lists acupuncture services as eligible for reimbursement. Over the years, many of my patients have paid for their acupuncture sessions using their FLEX Plan charge or debit cards, and you may be able to do so as well.
Here at Rob Vena Acupuncture insurance is accepted as payment both ‘in-network’ and ‘out-of-network’ provided acupuncture is covered by your particular plan.
If you are interested in receiving acupuncture treatments and would like to know whether or not your insurance covers acupuncture services, call (201) 357-0904. My insurance experts will be happy to verify your coverage prior to your setting up an appointment. If you are not covered for acupuncture services, or have no insurance coverage, there are other payment options available, so please give us a call.
